I had the state inspection done on my wife's 2019 Honda Fit at this establishment. 5 issues came up that required attention, and all were legit as they had not been addressed recently. Verified by my own records, CarFax, and Certified Auto's research. They got those extra steps done in about two hours, which is fast for what all was entailed work wise on such short notice. They helped us out in handling our service bill, which we absolutely appreciated. Here's to doing future business with you!

Went to them for the first time today. Had an amazing experience. Chris and his team were very communicative with everything they were doing. I never felt like they were lying or trying to nickel and dime just to get a profit. They listened and cared. They also were able to give me a ride back to my place while they worked on my car. Will definitely use them in the future.

I recently moved to Virginia from Maryland and I had to get my car inspected. I chose a location not to far from where I live to get a same day inspection. Certfied Auto Repair was available so I drove to their shop. They inspected my vehicle 🚜, the things they told me which needed fixing I already knew was needed. I okayed the repairs and I got my inspection no muss no fuss. The staff was courteous and professional all the way. I would not hesitate to use Certified Auto Repair in the future.

I booked my appointment online and took my car in the following day I was amazed when I got a text with a comprehensive Inspection report around noon. It included not only the source of the warning light, but the status of many other components and rated them red, yellow and green so I could prioritize the issues with Chris’s help and decide what should be done right away. I’ve used several auto repair shops since I moved to Lakeside. Not one of them checked anything other than what I asked for. This is what makes Certified Auto Repair special along with financing, loaner cars and a shuttle if you need a ride. This will be my go—to place for auto repair.

I’ve been taking my car to Certified Auto Repair for years, including every year for my state inspection, and I’ve always had a great experience. I especially appreciate that they never try to sell me services or repairs I don’t need. I trust their recommendations, and that means a lot when it comes to car repairs. My car is older and has over 100,000 miles on it, but it still runs beautifully. Most recently, they repaired my AC in June, and it has kept me nice and cool all summer, even through the Virginia heat! Whenever my car does need maintenance or a repair, Certified Auto Repair is where I take it. They do excellent work, treat me fairly, and have earned my trust over the years. I highly recommend them!

I have counted on Economy Auto Care Center for the care of my Honda CRV for three years now. They are welcoming, reliable ,and professional.
